Breiffni is a traditional stone built farmhouse renovated to a very high standard and located in an idyllic location.   With  a cosy sitting room with a woodburning stove , and an acre of gardens to relax in, as well as a raised terrace accessed from the main bedroom, there is plenty of opportunity to relax at the house.  We are surrounded by the beautiful West Cork countryside,  10 minutes to the Wild Atlantic Way, and with easy access (45 mins) to Cork City & airport.   There are three bedrooms, two with double beds, and one with 2 twin beds (which are placed together).  All bedrooms are light and airy and offer lovely views over the courtyard.    The bright bathroom has an antique roll top bath, with shower over.   

The gardens include a large pond with a seating area where you can relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee and a good book - the dragonflies and swallows give a great display in the summer!

Adam and Heather (owners) live in a small stone cottage next to the house so will be on hand to answer any questions and to offer advice about the area.

Please Note: The double bedroom with it's own outside terrace, is accessible via a narrow spiral staircase from the sitting room and as such is not suitable for the elderly or anyone with reduced mobility.
